To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read our booking and payment policy before making a reservation.

Booking Policy

• All tour bookings are subject to availability.
• Reservations are recommended at least 24 hours in advance.
• Guests are required to provide complete booking details, including:
  
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Tour Date
  • Number of Participants
  • Pick-up Location
  • Selected Tour Package
• A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email after your reservation has been received.

Payment Policy

• Full payment is required before the tour begins.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other available payment methods.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Child Policy

• Children above 5 years old are charged the full adult rate (100%).
• Children 5 years old and under are charged 50% of the regular tour price.
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children throughout the tour.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date may be eligible for rescheduling.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
• In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, The Lombok Tour reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour for safety reasons.

Important Notes

• Please arrive at the designated pick-up point on time.
• Inform us in advance of any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or special requests.
• We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for additional protection during your trip.
